Refund Policy
At Rottie Lineage, we take pride in raising and providing healthy, well-bred Rottweiler puppies. Our goal is for every new owner to feel confident and secure when welcoming a puppy from us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be provided.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements are considered only under the following conditions:
Health Guarantee (First 72 Hours)
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious, life-threatening health condition that was present at the time of sale within the first 72 hours of arrival, you may return the puppy for:
• A full refund, or
• An exchange (in accordance with our Health Guarantee terms)
Requirements:
Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided.
Genetic Conditions (Up to 2 Years)
If, within 2 years, a life-threatening genetic or congenital disorder is diagnosed that significantly affects the puppy’s quality of life, we will offer:
• A replacement puppy of equal value, or
• A partial refund (determined on a case-by-case basis)
Shipping-Related Issues;
If a puppy is injured or deceased due to a verified shipping issue caused by our approved transport partner, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided if:
• The buyer changes their mind or can no longer care for the puppy
• The puppy develops minor, treatable conditions (such as worms, fleas, ear mites, or diarrhea), as these are common and manageable
• Illness or injury occurs due to negligence, accidents, improper care, or failure to follow veterinary advice
• The buyer fails to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of arrival
Deposits & Payments
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter if requested before the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age
• Final Payment: Full payment is required before the puppy is shipped or collected
Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement:
1. Notify us immediately if a health issue arises within the guarantee period
2. Provide written veterinary reports and diagnostic results confirming the condition
3. Once verified, we will arrange either:
• A refund (issued via the original payment method where possible), or
• A replacement puppy from the next available litter
